Single Review- Josh Mitcham: Liar, Liar

Single Review- Josh Mitcham: Liar, Liar

Unabashed about tackling new challenges within the bustling realm of musical genres, Josh Mitcham continues to grow his impressive catalog of creative successes without hesitation. Plucked fresh-from-the-vine today, the Kentuckian has released his premiere single “Liar, Liar,” from the forth-coming album, Color Shift, set to drop for ears everywhere on March 1st.

Seeing 20+ years with his foot smashed on the gas, Mitcham boasts nationally-renowned recognition with bands that include Jericho Woods and Floord, garnering a resume that echoes a rocking cascade, raucous and honest behind Mitcham’s oak-charred lyrics.

“Liar, Liar” certainly makes for a tasty appetizer for what’s to come with the full-length experience. The single poignantly displaying the distance that Mitcham has covered on a sonic level - the verses drenched in the unavoidable regret of loving something that we know we shouldn’t and not giving a shit. It’s a rollicking peek into what can be expected as part of Mitcham’s full March arsenal.

Mitcham has found comfort in the uncomfortable - that should make for a damn beautiful adventure.
